Massage Services Frequently Requested Info

All of our massage therapists are nationally certified and licensed.
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to fill out our short questionnaire and ask any questions you may have regarding our services.
When receiving your massage you always have the choice of undressing to your comfort level. We assure the privacy of all our clients and will drape in all appropriate manners.
During the massage, make your therapist aware of any discomfort (too hot, too cold, etc.) Also let them know if you prefer a certain pressure: light, medium or deep. Please direct any concerns to your therapist as well, they are there to help you relax and enjoy your therapeutic treatment.
If you find you are comfortable with a particular therapist, feel free to request him or her by name.

Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
This office is a non-smoking facility.
For cancellations, please allow 12 hours prior to appointment time.
Late Policy: Clients are no shows and appointments are cancelled if 15 minutes late.
All client information will remain confidential.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Draping is done as required by law.
Sexual misconduct, innuendoes, or any inappropriate language/actions will not be tolerated. The session will end and the client will be charged full price and asked not to return.
