In August of 2009, Massage Pro of Las Vegas (www.massageprolv.com), transitioned to new ownership. Massage Pro is a unique group of cooperative and independent licensed massage therapists working together to provide affordable Las Vegas massage services since 2005. Parley Call, who is President and Owner of Smog Xpress and Green Valley Landscaping here in the Las Vegas area, took ownership of Massage Pro and has made dynamic changes to the business. Mr. Call, who is a business entrepreneur for many years, has a bachelor's degree in business administration, and has lived in Las Vegas for over forty five years. He understands the Las Vegas market very well!
Mr. Call enlisted Christie Davis-Kraemer as the Manager of Massage Pro. She has lived in Las Vegas for twenty five years, and has watched many changes come and go as the city has grown. "Change is Good" she says, "it shows you care about what the customer wants and are always willing and ready to make improvements". Having been a Flight Attendant for 25 years, Davis-Kraemer is very aware of "branding" the company. She places high priority on Customer Service, recognizing it as "critical and crucial to success". Also, having been a Business Broker for the past six years in Las Vegas, she has seen what helps make and break businesses. It is her goal to take Massage Pro to an even stronger position and to expand.
Some changes implemented so far have been a website and the addition of online booking to accommodate the various work shifts of the Las Vegas lifestyles. The addition of the Infrared Body Wraps by our partner, Let's Wrap, have been a unique and successful venture. Clients love the instant benefits and results of the wraps and have commented on the relaxing environment and pampering they receive. We also offer Couples Massages which allows a couple or family members or friends to receive a massage in the same room to make the experience even more relaxing! Another recent addition has been the Airbrush Tanning which adds to the wellness mentality of the spa.
